Eligibility

This promotion is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.

Promotion Period

Entries open 1 April 2026 and close on 31 August 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST.

The closing date allows time to verify all eligible memberships and confirm active entries before the draw is conducted.

How to Enter

Any new Bonjour Mate membership purchased between 1 April 2026 and 31 August 2026 qualifies for entry. Each active subscription counts as one entry.

To remain eligible, participants must maintain an active and fully paid membership until at least 30 September 2026.

This requirement ensures that all entries correspond to genuine active members at the time the draw is conducted.

Cancelling, suspending, or failing to maintain payment before 30 September 2026 will remove the participant from the draw list.

Existing Bonjour Mate members who already hold an active, fully paid membership as of 31 August 2026 will also be automatically entered into the draw, provided their membership remains active and fully paid through 30 September 2026.

Prize Details

One winner will receive a 7-day trip for one person to Paris, valued up to AUD $6,500.

The prize includes:

✈️ Return economy flights from the winner’s nearest major international airport to Paris
🏨 Six nights in a four-star hotel in Paris
🚗 Airport transfers in Paris
🎁 A small French-themed surprise gift

The following are not included and remain the responsibility of the winner:

• Food and drinks
• Travel insurance
• Passports or visas
• Additional activities or excursions
• Personal spending money

Travel Arrangements

The trip must be booked and taken during the 2027 calendar year, excluding French public holidays and local school vacation periods.

Exact travel dates are subject to availability and will be arranged in consultation with the winner during a one-on-one planning session with Bonjour Mate.

If the winner is unable to travel within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited.

Departure Location

Flights must depart from a major international airport that is reasonably accessible and commercially serviced.

Bonjour Mate reserves the right to determine whether a departure location is practical and commercially viable.

If the entrant’s location makes the prize impractical or excessively costly to deliver, Bonjour Mate reserves the right to declare the entrant ineligible.

Minimum Sales Requirement

The draw is conditional on Bonjour Mate selling a minimum of 400 new memberships during the promotion period.

If the minimum threshold is not met, Bonjour Mate reserves the right to modify the promotion or substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or lesser value.

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be randomly selected from the list of eligible active members on 30 September 2026.

The draw date allows time to verify eligible entries and confirm active memberships following the close of the promotion period.

The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within three business days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within seven days, Bonjour Mate reserves the right to select a new winner.

Privacy

By entering the promotion, participants consent to Bonjour Mate collecting and using their personal information solely for the purposes of administering this promotion.

Bonjour Mate will not sell or share personal data with third parties.

General Terms

This promotion is run by Bonjour Mate.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bonjour Mate reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions if necessary, subject to applicable laws.

Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Participants agree that any disputes will be resolved under Victorian law.

Void Where Prohibited

This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
